Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

Please note: it is rare to have damaged, duplicate or missing cards in a deck, however sometimes due to manufacturing faults this could occur. If this does happen, please contact us to arrange replacement.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Once your order has been placed, we will endeavor to process and ship your order within 24 hours. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy promotional or holiday periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

We ship Australia wide for a flat shipping rate of $10.95 AU. We use Australia Post & Couriers Please for shipping.  Tracking & Insurance is included as part of the shipping cost. Deliveries Usually arrive within 2 - 10 days from shipment.

If you would like your order to be express posted, we are happy to organise this for you, please leave a note in the comments or contact us to arrange this.

International shipping is available from $35.00 AU: Extra charges may occur, a PayPal invoice will be sent for the balance.  Tracking & Insurance is included as part of the shipping cost for free. We use Australia Post for all International Shipments. Deliveries Usually arrive within 9 - 12 days from shipment.
